Started in 1998 by Emilio Fernandez, the Florida Bombers Organization has grown into one of the most respected youth baseball organizations in the country. Based in south Florida, the Bombers started as a local team. Holding a variety of fundraising events, the Bombers raised enough money to begin traveling to tournaments across the state. Today, the Bombers play in tournaments nationwide, and host their own tournaments.

The Bombers recruit players, mainly from south Florida, and their recruiting efforts now extend across the state of Florida. The Bombers organization recruits the best players possible to continue their tradition of excellence. The Bombers look for players that are honest, dedicated, and competitive.

Using a goal-oriented mission statement as their foundation, the Bombers have become arguably the most successful organization in high school baseball. Although the Bombers are currently regarded as a team, the organization as a whole is expanding to include camps, tournaments, and special events.
